About Me
Introduction

I'm Jaden Farquhar a computer science student at Brandeis University. I specialize in game development and have honed my skills creating various projects. I also have proficiency in website development, and adapting my skills to other disciplines such as musical engineering.

My 3D design and various computer science skills, showcased here, can be applied not only to animation and game design, but architecture, and other various fields. My goal is to continue to expand my knowledge and apply my computer science skills for clients and in a professional setting.

Survival Shooter Game

I created and published a game on the Steam Store where you play an eccentric survivalist fighting off waves of enemies in the woods. This game showcased my skills in animation, programming, and 3D art creation.

A Puzzle Game

In this game the Player plays a little red robot character who can grow and shrink objects with his lasers. They travel through a forest, a cave, and other set pieces fighting stylized enemies.

I modelled, animated, and designed all the elements of this game. Its purpose is to showcase my unique style of bright colors and minimalism.

I plan to release it on SteamTM when it is tested and completed.

Newton North High School Prom Website

As a junior in student government I created a website to help with fundraising for the school prom. The website used an animated thermometer to showcase progress to current goals, allowing students a visually satisfying way to track progress.

Piano Scores

In this project I combined computer science with my passion for piano music. I learned finale software to create written scores of my piano compositions. I then edited them into videos of the recorded music.

Computer science can be combined with many different fields, musical engineering being one example. The versatility of computer science is something I continue to explore.
